3.Let the hatred go!
Relieve your body from hatred of your self and others. Understand that it’s okay to want to be in future and now, to want to be proud of your body and mind, and to want to look good and feel great. Understand that you are once what you want to be, that there will always be something that you don’t like about yourself and make it change, and that it’s more of a journey of a long time for figuring out how to love yourself anyway than it is about ‘fixing’ what you are convinced is wrong with you.
